Terms
These terms govern the Blaccink application, original blogsite build, and any publishing plan purchased after delivery. Blaccink is a customer-facing trade name operated and invoiced by Rainbow Packaging Corporation.
Application and interview
Submitting the application requests a phone interview with John Rector. The displayed interview time is an appointment for John to call the number you supplied. An application may be declined when the intended use is spam, deceptive publishing, or highly sensitive subject matter that is unsuitable for the service.
No-money-upfront build
No payment is due before the original blogsite is built and a working link is delivered for review. Delivery does not obligate you to purchase. If you choose not to continue, you owe nothing for that original build.
Publishing plans
If you approve the delivered site, you may select Monthly, Weekly, or Daily publishing. Monthly is one post per month at $60 per month or $720 per year. Weekly is one post per week at $2,080 per year, payable annually or as twelve monthly payments of $173.33. Daily is one post per day at $10,950 per year, payable annually or as twelve monthly payments of $912.50. Taxes, when applicable, are additional.
Editorial service
The service uses an AI system configured around the client’s stated principles, axioms, subjects, preferences, and boundaries. It predicts a suitable next post at the chosen cadence, drafts the post, and presents it for the blogsite. AI output may contain errors. The client remains responsible for promptly identifying factual, legal, privacy, intellectual-property, or personal-safety concerns.
Acceptable use
You may not use Blaccink for spam, deception, impersonation, unlawful content, rights infringement, malware, harassment, or content intended to manipulate search systems through abusive volume or misrepresentation.
Client materials and rights
You represent that you have the right to provide the ideas, source materials, names, images, and other content supplied for the work. Specific ownership and license terms for a purchased site and ongoing content will be stated in the service agreement or invoice accepted at purchase.
Billing and cancellation
Rainbow Packaging Corporation issues and administers invoices for Blaccink. The payment schedule, renewal, cancellation effective date, refunds, and any transition or export work will be stated before purchase. No card or bank information is collected by this website application form.
No guarantee of audience or ranking
Blaccink designs posts for reader experience and discoverability, but does not guarantee traffic, search ranking, LLM citation, revenue, audience growth, or any specific result.
