Blaccink is a customer-facing trade name operated by Rainbow Packaging Corporation. This policy explains how information submitted through blaccink.com is used.
Information we collect
The application asks only for your name, email address, and phone number. The system also records your assigned interview time, submission time, application status, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
How we use it
We use application information to schedule and conduct your phone interview, evaluate whether the requested blogsite is appropriate for the service, build and deliver an approved blogsite, communicate about that work, and maintain necessary business records.
Phone calls and text messages
Submitting the application asks John Rector to call the phone number you provide about this application. The form does not create consent for SMS or marketing messages. Blaccink does not treat your phone number or application as permission to text you.
AI phone receptionist
Calls to the Blaccink receptionist at (843) 603-8289 are answered by an AI receptionist. The greeting identifies the receptionist as AI. Twilio transcribes caller speech and converts the receptionist's text replies to speech; Blaccink does not enable audio recording for this service.
Call transcripts and details a caller chooses to share, such as a name, callback number, email address, area of interest, or message, may be transmitted to OpenAI to generate replies and saved in the protected Blaccink Lead Desk for follow-up, security, and ordinary business records. A phone conversation is not an application and does not schedule an interview. To apply, use the separate application form. Do not share passwords, payment-card data, bank information, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive personal data.
AI website assistant
The website includes an AI assistant. Chat messages are transmitted to OpenAI through the Responses API to generate replies and maintain ordinary conversation continuity. The assistant may be inaccurate and does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive personal data.
Exploratory chat is not stored in the Blaccink Lead Desk as an application. To apply, use the separate application form. Provider data handling and retention follow the OpenAI configuration actually used by the service.
Service providers
We may disclose information to service providers that host, secure, operate, or support the website and business. They receive information only as needed for those functions.
No sale of contact or mobile information
We do not sell or rent personal information. Mobile information and any SMS opt-in data or consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete application information, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements, by emailing hello@blaccink.com.
